This edible oil filling line has functions of filling liquid, capping bottles and labeling bottles automatically. Packing speed can reach 30-45 bottles/min. The machines can be customized according to your production need.

 

-Feature

[Filling System] Equipped with 40L diaphragm pumps, the filling machine can be applied for thicker liquid like oil, detergent liquid. The diving nozzle design can avoid liquid from splashing out during working. Ensure production cleanliness.

[Capping System] The capping machine can be widely applied for different shapes of bottle covers, like lotion pumps, trigger pumps, sport caps. Torque of capping head can be adjusted as production need.

[Labeling System] The labeling machine can be widely used for single-side or double-side labeling on round and square bottles, like oil bottles, detergent bottles. Date coder can also be equipped to print date automatically.

[PLC Control] The edible oil packing line adopts PLC control panel, which makes it more convenient to set or adjust working parameters. The language of panel can be customized as your need.
